Property is very dated and old. The pictures are deceiving in Expedia. The rooms are dark and very much dated and in need for renovation.

What I did not like was the front desk middle eastern man. He was very rude and not polite during my check in arrival. Other staff members and customers they said they the same thing about this person. He was not very helpful at all. But other staff members were very pleasant.

Overall, the stay was average, I would definitely pick another resort in the future. I was not given the room I requested, and I'm not sure if that was Expedia's fault, but the desk attendant had a tone and was snarky when I mentioned my displeasure. The resort is dated, and there was no cell phone or computer adaptor on the desk or lamps. The sliding door for the balcony would not even open.

I drive a Tesla and charging it can often be traumatic. This time it was easy since the hotel have two chargers that were seldom used except by me. I wonder if two is really enough if there should be several Teslas about. The last time I stayed here there was a valet who shuffled Teslas as necessary for charging. This time the desk guy said they no longer will touch anyone's car ???
