At the time of check in they give us regulor rooms when ee reserv pool or golf biew and we arrive at difren time and the grave yatd shift Mr Reyes was with a very nasty attitude (5 rooms total Riserve)

Being an older facility, there is no sound proofing. The guest in the floor (room) above us got up at 0430 and until 0630 when they finally left, stomped around packing their bags. I never could go back to sleep due to the noise. There are entry doors other than the main entrance that have key card entry. The doors are never locked, anyone could walk in. Good location and great view of the golf course from our window.

The pool is nice and heated! For the price, you can’t beat this hotel. It’s nice! Comfy bed. It’s on a major road and our room was on the side but it didn’t bother us. We don’t eat here so I can’t comment on food. There is a nice walking or bike path all along hwy 111. We rode our bikes to the zoo and all around.

Was a nice hotel for the few nights we stayed. The hot tub and pool were great in the evening after a long day. No breakfast included you could get a buffet for 15.99 a person if you wanted though.

Front desk was nice however we were not told about a parking fee. We parked ourselves and nothing online about a parking fee. Very clean lobby. Room very outdated and very noisy neighbors which I did inform the front desk. It was our anniversary we just wanted to relax. Our room was facing the parking lot. Trash trucks in/out as well as other delivery trucks. Cleaning ladies literally came knocking and in our room this morning 3 times! And continued to knock when checkout is 11. When I opened the door after she opened and shut. I explained that it wasn’t 11 and I was packing up. I received dirty looks from both cleaning ladies. As if I did something wrong.
