We went for our 5th wedding anniversary and even though we couldn't attend the Indian wells live 6/25 due to a private event we still enjoyed our room the pool and went to the Nest down the street we will visit again this winter thank you the property is very nice

The hotel is definitely dated. They charge $15.95 for a breakfast “buffet” that would be a free continental breakfast at all other places. The street facing side of the hotel is VERY noisy. The internet connection is spotty the further you are from the front desk. I had to take zoom calls at the restaurant because of this. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Overall I really enjoyed my stay. We went down for dinner at the hotel. We were a party of 7 and the food took about 45 minutes. We were the only people at the restaurant. They said they were not expecting business? It was a Monday and we were starving. Other than that the place is nice.

Very clean, nice resort hotel. The room was ok. The phone was broken, replaced twice. Upon arrival, as per Orbitz and the property statement, I could not reserve an accessible room, so when I checked in, I asked, none available. I requested a shower chair, I’m a lower leg amputee, and was told it they might be able to get one the following day…unacceptable. It was in the 100s temperature-wise but later in the evening I received a shower chair.

It was a peaceful stay. Check in with super easy and the staff was friendly. The only negative I can say is the family above me must've had kids cause they were running all day and night and we could hear them in our room.

The property was in a beautiful area and very clean lobby. Only problem I had was the restroom I expected more based on the pictures that were posted. When I entered the restroom there was a big roach on the shower curtain.

Overall we had a good stay considering dinner was walkable and the pool/bar was nice. Two big downsides. The bed was not super comfortable but on top of that the pillows were absolutely terrible. They will were huge, and not in a good way. I couldn’t even lay my head down properly without my neck hurting. I woke up multiple times throughout the night because of how uncomfortable the pillows were. I resorted to just tossing my pillow off the bed and laid flat on the mattress, which probably shouldn’t be the case when you’re spending money on a “nice” hotel. So on top of not getting a good night sleep, we were rudely awakened by hard knocking on the door. My husband opened the door just to see the cleaning lady and she didn’t realize people were still in there….it was literally 8:20 in the morning! Check out is at 11 and we were both asleep at 8am on vacation. We stayed here only one night and it was by far one of the worst sleeps/experience at a hotel by far. I even called the front desk to make sure our check out was correct and mentioned that the cleaning lady woke us up, but there was no apology or anything offered to fix it. It was just “check out is at 11”. It almost seemed like a trick to wake people up and get us out so they can get a head start on cleaning. Check out was easy, too easy. They didn’t ask us how our stay was or if we simply enjoyed it. They probably just didn’t even want to open up that door. Oh well. We just won’t be back.
