It was terrible, the poor guy on reception was on his own and trying really hard and there was a queue, the first room was awful and stunk and the next room was ok but no air con, receptionist was brilliant and tried really hard but he had no help and it wasn't his fault, hotel was shabby and miles away from the airport.

Clean room and really close to Anfield stadium

Lovely apartment, great staff who fixed a hot water issue within 15 mins of reporting. They also checked in with us once again in the morning to make sure all was fine. Can be noisy at night hearing people move around their apartments as there are 4 floors. But not really anyway around that so it’s no one’s fault. Good location with an NCP carpark accross the road.

Staff were lovely couldn't do enough for you. Room lovely and clean had a meal at night really nice breakfastvery good only continental but nice plenty of it

The staff here are fabulous! Anyone wanting to be close to an event at the stadium...this place is ideal. David and the girls were so helpful, friendly and hardworking. No breakfast available on site would be my only gripe if I were to have one, but it didn't make a big difference to us, as it was easy to get food sorted locally anyway. We would definitely recommend to other visitors and stay again ourselves. Very grateful for our lovely weekend stay.

Ac didnt work window didnt open tile broke dirty and partner cut her foot on broken tile

Very enjoyable stay. Fantastic room, very large and comfortable. My only thing negative was that the AC didn't go cold enough for us, but we do like a cool room to sleep in, so that is personal preference. It went to 19 degrees, but seemed to struggle to do that, so not convinced it actually did. But we still slept and the bed was very comfortable.
