Loved the view from the balcony. Kitchen was very nice. First arrived there was a smell in the bathroom but after my husband ran some water, it was fine. Everything felt a little damp, the sheets, the floors. Boardwalk wasn’t as close as we were led to believe considering I am unable to walk that far. Other than that I would stay there again. Very friendly staff and can’t beat the view.

Staff is rude and not friendly. Room service would knock very early and if ask for them to come back in later that means your room will not be cleaned cause they never come back even if we ask for room service multiple times. Since we arrived early in the morning we asked them to store our luggage they refused. We asked them if they can give us at least one for the room as soon as possible for my elderly parents they refused.

I highly recommend Coral Beach Resort. My girls and truly had a wonderful stay. We booked an Ocean front condo on the 12th floor that had the most amazing view of the Ocean and Sunrise. There are so many amenities and the staff is so welcoming, helpful and friendly. We can’t wait to go back.

My family loce our stay. The splash pad was amazing for our 7 month old. My 5 year old loved the pools and lazy river. We all loved how accessible the beach was. The parking was nice as well, if the lobby parking was full, which is 99% of the time, the parking garage is right around the corner with access to the hotel instead of crossing the street. House keeping was amazing, we never ran out of clean towels, which is very important with a baby and a 5 year old.

Avoid at All Costs This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The first room they put us in had a roach crawling around and the entire room smelled like mold. When I went to the front desk to switch, the clerk could not have cared less. We moved to a second room, which at first seemed decent, but it smelled damp and the plumbing was awful—you had to flush the toilet multiple times just to get it to work. To make matters worse, the same roach from the first room must have followed us, because sure enough, it showed up in the second room too. When I brought it up at checkout and asked for some form of compensation, the same clerk brushed me off again. I asked if it’s “normal” for them to have roaches and dirty rooms, and her response was that they spray but guests leave the balcony door open and “they fly in.” Last I checked, roaches don’t have wings. I was told the manager had “just stepped out” and would call me back in 10–15 minutes. That call never came. The only positive was that my kids enjoyed the pool—at least until the roaches decided to join the vacation too. My advice: stay far, far away from this place. Unless you like mold, bad plumbing, and roaches for roommates, find somewhere else or prepare to sleep with all the lights on.

I loved that the hotel was oceanfront and had numerous pools to choose from inside and out. The only negatives were the tv remote not working, the hotel room smell and the ants all over the balcony. Other than that everything was absolutely perfect. My family had a marvelous time.

Nice weekend getaway

Staff was very friendly. They all seemed to enjoy their job which was refreshing. Only downside is the VERY loud ice cream trucks that park right next to the resort. When you are out enjoying the pool it’s annoying. They are extremely loud and come through about every 15-20 mins. We did notice police chase them off a couple times but again, very annoying when you’re trying to relax on the balcony or the pool. I also realize it’s not the property doing this. This is a private driver so they don’t have much control over it.
