This property was in the heart of everything. Close to food, shopping, and attractions. It is a bit dated, but served its purpose very well. The pool was amazing! I am not a person that needs 5 star accommodations. If that is what you are looking for, this is not that. However, if you're looking for budget friendly accommodations that have the resort amenities, then this is for you! We stayed 2 nights in a studio loft, and my husband and I were very pleased!

The place overall was decent, we had the bottom room, nice view of nature. The kids loved spotting the wildlife and searching for bugs in the area. Could hear everything next door and above us. Going up and down the stairs at night with little children made me very nervous. Only bad thing I didn’t like was that it wasn’t clean thoroughly. I had to buy some cleaning supplies and clean the place up before I can relax.

The bed was very hard, pillows were great. Neighbors right next to us, outside their door smoking weed while me and my daughter entered our room. Left early and let the resort know why,”Tami” said there is no smoking in the rooms, but public patio was ok and marijuana is legal! Google their resort-it’s a non smoking resort no matter what it is, medical or not. Wiped my feet off from walking on the floor maybe 5 minutes, feet were black! The worst trip I have ever taken! Concierge lady with accent was AMAZING!

Clean, secure, and a pretty propety. However, there were cracks in our drywall and loose tiles in our bathroom. And its a gimmick. They offer you breakfast and the equivalent to a free night's stay if you do the tour for the timeshare option, but don't advise you that you have to meet credit score requirements to even do the tour until you show up for the tour. Not a great experience to be advised that you have to pass a credit check when you specifically planned your morning around a 90min tour.

Cute area

This was our second trip to this location and since we were bringing family we got the bigger room. I loved that it was practically a little apartment. Mostly it was clean except for the shower. There was quite a bit of mold. The tub itself was jetted, but the whole shower and tub needed updated. The staff was friendly when we arrived and check-in was easy. They did try to get us to do a time share presentation, which we declined. I love how the property feels safer since there is a security gate. I also enjoyed our screened in porch. There was a full kitchen and dining room. The washer/dryer were a little small and felt like I could only fit one outfit inside. But overall, I like staying at this hotel.

I did not like walking out of our room the first morning and seeing everyones trash outside their rooms on the sidewalk. I wished they had daily housekeeping, but you can request more items if needed. The walls are very thin, and the people upstairs were extremely noisy. It reminded me of the college days. But, it is close to downtown Branson.

We had an amazing overall experience we needing up paying for just a single room and we showed up they gave us the grand villas two stories and a jet tub! It also had a kitchen dining room and living room we absolutely loved it!

Day one was a very simple check in where the staff explained everything and all of the amenities that we had no idea to expect. We stayed for four nights and at no point did we want for anything else from the resort. Our daughter loved playing sand volleyball in the well lit sand pit after dark. Arcade and ice cream was a great way to cool off once in awhile. The marketplace was wonderful. Pizza/subs available and reasonably priced. Also beer/soda/milk available for purchase. 10 out of 10.

The advertising on Expedia and the actual room did not match. When we discussed with the front desk the discrepancy, the laughed and said we can't do anything about Expedia's mistakes. It seems like hotels are advertising on Expedia and getting mad when you use it and not directly through them. Good nights sleep, plenty of room will probably stay again, just verify everything before using Expedia.
