Need to update the listing for this hotel. Property does NOT have a restaurant or bar. Only has a "pizzeria" which was open till 8 pm. We chose this resort for ease of access to food and drinks and not having to leave much.

The room was OK. Small screet TV.. Internet was not reliable. Worst of all, some tried to brake into our unit while we were gone. They damaged the door facing trying to gain access. The staff made rep a irs quickly once this was reported. Not staying here in the future.

Wife and I had a great stay. I am just overcoming a bout with cancer and my wife and I needed a break from the daily grind. We booked a room with this property as we have enjoyed staying with them in the past. The room was beyond nice and beyond what we expected. It has a full sized refrigerator and a two burner stove. The property has full time security. There are too many amenities to list; swimming, basketball and arcade games as well as volleyball. They even have an on site Starbucks. This property is always extremely well manicured and maintained. As I said, I have just overcome a battle with cancer and the staff really bent over backwards to make certain our stay was as nice as possible. Chad was the desk person who checked us in, he's a super nice guy. Whenever we make a trip to Branson, this is one of the places that we love to stay.

It was a very nice, clean and family friendly experience. I did like the look and ease of the resort. The only thing I did not like was that the market place/pool/entertainment area closed so early. It’s summer time have these things open later. Also maybe a nice restaurant and bar for adults would be nice that stays open to 10 or 11 pm.

The air conditioning was broken. The hot water wasn’t working. Cold water was out on the shower. Couldn’t take a shower because the jacuzzi was so old and high we couldn’t even get in because we are older. Had to open up room connected to us do we could take a shower. Too many stairs. Would not go back.

My family got the deluxe villa, it had everything we needed for a complete stay. Enjoyed the screened in back patio, the jacuzzi tub and full kitchen. Everything is on the property in case you just want to hang out there, 3 pools, hot tub, arcade with bowling alley, ice cream shop and all kinds of activities.
