Did not enjoy our stay at all. Went to the pool and there was a family playing loud music and drinking alcohol out of paper bags. Staff didn't seem to care. Felt completely intimidated. Would not recommend at all.

The staff was friendly - check-in was a little slow because there was only one person at the counter with at least 10 people in line to check-in, but they did eventually bring on another staff to check folks in. The hotel needs serious attention and updating. Everything felt a little dingy, but not necessarily "dirty". Bathroom was extremely small and the ceiling paint was peeling that I almost didn't want to use it. Room was large, which was one of the few positives. I appreciated the parking garage, but the spaces felt extremely tight and getting in and out wasn't always easy.

Enjoyed our stay. Liked the neighborhood. A couple of good bars with good food within a few minutes walk. Small bathroom. Everything was clean. Staff was friendly. They have a happy hour kind of thing. You can get 3 free beers or glasses of wine. With some snacks. We didnt take advantage though. So i dont what snacks or what kind of beer and wine. Will stay there again for sure.

Fantastic 3 night stay!! Comfortable, quiet, and the staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable. The daily FREE happy hour with wine was a unique touch and I took advantage all 3 nights. The area around the hotel is really quiet, very little traffic yet a straight shot to downtown in 2-3 minutes. Parking garage was easy too at all times of day.

We always stay here when visiting St. Louis. Staff is Always so nice. Breakfast is average. Fountain drink machine needs replaced. Ice in a bucket beside it isn't sanitary. And with it not working the pop is flat. Our room was clean and comfy. Needed the bathroom sink fixed.

I don't know how this property has so many good reviews. The pictures online do not look like the rooms. I came in for the Chris Brown concert and had a one night stay and I am glad it was just one night. The rooms are very dated and old. The bathroom is tiny. My room had 2 areas in the bathroom ceiling that were damaged, the ac unit was sitting sideways and the tub was not fully clean. The area behind the bathroom door was filthy and had not been cleaned or wiped in forever. The room smelled musty and almost none of the electrical outlets worked. I had to change rooms. The only thing good was the staff at check in, very nice and friendly. For the price of this hotel vs its condition, it is not worth staying!!!
