This is a great, clean and large hotel very near the Arch. As close as you can get to the Arch, actually. Lots of dining and drinking options within the hotel but limited on options for those outside of the hotel and nearby. But everything else is a quick uber away.

Nice neighborhood, but the staff are terrible. Bad attitudes and worse service. The bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom was dirty and we were missing toilet paper! Honestly, I’ve stayed at a lot of Hyatt hotels, this was not up to snuff.

It was a beautiful hotel. Everything was good except for the beds were really small and we had to pay $40 a night for self parking which I think is a little bit much and I wasn’t even able to park there one of the nights because it was full….
