I didn’t like the fact that it was valet parking for $50 a day and I stayed for two days and also I didn’t like the fact that the hotel didn’t have a pool should have an indoor or outdoor pool for the amount of money that was spent. I did get a $30 parking ticket and I was going to my cousin wedding and I didn’t know what was the parking requirement and I explained to him that I was from out of town.

Passing through from Texas to Pennsylvania we stopped in St. Louis for a little sightseeing. Upon arrival we went to the 360 Rooftop Bar and could see the final few innings of the Cardinals’ game. The next morning we walked to the Gateway Arch and went to the top for a beautiful view of the city. Then we finished the morning with a tour of the iconic Budweiser Brewery before returning on our journey home. The hotel was in a great location and felt very safe in the evening. Despite being on the 18th floor we did not hear creaking from wind. Very nice hotel.

Once you get into the hotel itself it was a pleasant stay. To get into the hotel to check in was a nightmare. There was a line of cars waiting to get into the Hyatt. Sat in that traffic for over an hour. Once parked we did not drive anywhere so we didn’t have to deal with that again, but unless arrived before 12 or after 7 expect to wait. Everytime we walked out there was that same line. The hotel itself and room were very nice and clean, but there are other hotels within a block that you will not have to have the parking hassle.

Very nice room

Refrigerator did not work and no water pressure in shower but room was nicely updated and in a great location near arch. They handed out free popcorn and Starbucks lemonades in the lobby. Had golf carts to take us to the ballpark. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was super convenient. Only complaint is drive up area to unload for checking in is not big enough for a popular event. Had to park four blocks over in a public lot.

Brewhouse was great place to eat. The room was very clean. Only issue we had was that we'd either get too hot or too cold in the room with no heavier blanket/sheets getting sticky. We do wish parking was better instead of having to walk a block to get to the hotel from another parking garage.

The hotel didn’t have room for my truck, and rather than offer me a helpful solution they gave me a list of “ nearby” parking lots and garages that I had no choice but to park my vehicle. It was 95° and deadly hot and my wife and I had to lug her baggage four blocks in this crap when it’s supposed to have parking services included not to mention it cost me another $87 on top of the room price. Thank God the room was good because neither one of us were in good spirits after that two hour check-in process.

There was a baseball game and it took 2 hours to get .4 miles - Valet service was not up to the task and so went to the self parking as it would have been another half hour wait for valet. When I went to Maison parking the machine wasn't working so the parking garage across the street took pity on me and let me park there. They did comp breakfast and little did I know there was an additional $100 dog fee - $100!
