The King Executive Room was very small. The shower door hit the toilet and water goes everywhere. Only 3 towels and 3 washclothes. We ordered Room Service and the food was cold and no silverware The potatoe skins we're so hard you couldn't bite into then.

This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. It’s outdated, not maintained and it needs better cleaning. Not enough toiletries for the guests, no hand soap, small shower space, smelly sheets, torn towels. The floor carpet seems like it hasn’t been cleaned in years, windows weren’t cleaned. Fortunately, I only stayed for a night. This is a nightmare.

We went to the ballgame. Close enough to walk to the game even in the atrocious heat. It's a very nice hotel. We got there early and a two bed wasn't ready so they put us in a king with sofa bed. Very spacious room but no windows. Very dark when the lights are off. Hopefully we never get a room with no windows again as we did not like that. The coffee table in front of the sofa must weigh two ton. It is extremely hard to move so that you can use the sofa bed. The noise at night is, very disturbing. I don't know what it is but sounded like moving furniture above us and clanging annoying noise next door. I don't know what it could be. But it's hard to sleep with all that. If it's the elevators they are very loud. Loved the bed. Bathroom needs a pull to you mirror. Those of us with vision issues can't see well enough to apply makeup or even put contacts in. There wasn't any pillows for the sofa bed. Had plenty of hot water. I would stay again but away from the noise and have a room with a window.

Nice stay walking distance from Arch- bed but very hard and was charged an extra charge that was told would be taken off by bar manager that was not removed.hotel was clean and convenient
