Got there at 9pm and our room wasn't ready - had to sleep on a pull-out couch the first night. The food was ok - mostly made with kids in mind, nothing impressive except the jerk chicken! The lazy river is more like a lazy circle, and you have to wait to get a tube (there aren't enough for everyone). The water at the ocean was full of junk, but still ok to swim in. The pool was never over-occupied, which was great. Staff is alright - you kind of have to start the conversation but they'll join when you're friendly. Overall, great place for kids/families, not great if you're looking for good food variety.

Secrets Resorts delivers on all promises. From the moment my wife and I arrived, we were taken very good care of. The resort was very nice, the beach and gardens beautifully maintained. The food was excellent, and the staff was both professional and very friendly. Special thanks to Karry Ann, Slyvester, Bret- Lee, and Garfield. You can not go wrong staying at a Secrets Resort.
