The staff were excellent. They try to make your stay safe and memorable. The room have lots of ants and mosquitoes and the bed was too hard. We spent two nights . However from the front desk staff to the cleaning lady and bartender was very pleasant and courteous. The hotel can use some renovations.

Mike behind the bar is the man.. Stayed 2 nights..a proper old school hotel..near to the Montego Bay airport , Scotia bank and Irie cafe for real Jamaican.honest food..

First off, the staff of this hotel were among the best I've ever interacted with. They did everything possible to make my stay feel comfortable. The location was very convenient, walking distance to several shops and restaurants, and also a short drive to the airport. The restaurant on site had fantastic and authe mntic Jamaican food, and was reasonably priced. The room, for the price, had fantastic air conditioning and the bed was very comfortable. They also had a convenient shuttle to take me to the airport. It is not a fancy resort, so the condition was not amazing but nothing unsafe or super-unsightly. There was a cockroach in the room, so that didn't sit right with me. The shower was weak pressure and could have used an upgrade. All said, I would stay again for 1 night as a transit stop. Not for long term unless you're on a tight budget.

Walkable and right near the hip strip. Appreciate the cleaniness, restaurant and late pool hours. May need to work on communication of overall benefits (deluxe vs standard on receiving a refrigerator was a bit of a hassle). Maintenance on items needs improvement. Overall, the staff is great. Also, you dont need to always accomodate american music. Reggae, soca, afrobeats is just as good, maybe even better. Good stay all around.
