Even though it is not small it feels like a boutique hotel. Wonderfully decorated, front desk staff is great and attentive. Easy to walk across the street to go to the supermarket if needed ideal location in New Kingston. We will definitely stay here again. And breakfast was yummmmyy!!!

The entire facility was just welcoming and warm, from the entrance of the lobby to our room. The rooms are personalized with a welocome message on the television. The room felt like home. We would stay there again. Loved it.

The stairs are not accessible for individuals using a wheelchair, and staff are forced to carry heavy luggage carts to the rooms. How are they expected to manage going up and down the stairs with both a wheelchair and heavy carts? This design is poorly thought out and impractical. Please consider making a up/down slope instead of the stairs.
