This hotel will be my new goto place to stay when visiting Kingston, Jamaica. The property was amazing, staff was friendly and pleasant. The daily breakfast buffett was delicious and pleasing to one's stomach. Many thanks to S Hotel and staff for the great hospitality.

The hotel was nice but I was disappointed with the breakfast. No water available and we had to wait every time we wanted water. Limited fresh fruit and the Jamaican breakfast options weren’t as fresh and high quality as we hoped for. Other options were fatty e.g bacon or sugary e.g white bread and muffins

The room was in excellent condition; however, the restaurant experience was average. The waitress was not attentive, and we waited too long for our meals. The table was missing the required utensils, and the holder containing items for coffee and tea was not available. I am not sure why, but it was frustrating to have to search for cream and sugar. Coffee and tea should be offered by the waitress/waiter at your table when seated, as I am accustomed to at the all-inclusive resorts on the North Coast. Overall, I would rate the hotel’s service between good and average. I recommend implementing quarterly training and development sessions, especially for the restaurant staff. For me, the experience deserves three stars.

Came to this property after the devastation In Montego Bay from Hurricane Melissa. This property is very nice. Super friendly staff and dope artistic decor. Pools are immaculate. Would definitely stay here again under better circumstances.
