This is a beautiful place to visit and the private pool, especially if you’re located at the end of the beach is the best! Most of the staff were so nice and pleasant except for one of the asst. manager’s or he may be a manger at one of the restaurants by the name of Chad. He’s so disrespectful to his female staff. Hopefully his boss that he was walking around holding hands with 👀 will do something or say something to him to make his approach better. Other than that, I would totally recommend this place. It’s clean, beautiful, right on the beach with a wonderful view of the water, there’s entertainment and plenty of food. I will definitely be going back. Had a great time. Thank you!

We enjoyed the hotel and staff. Service was good. Disppointed that no reservations were available during our stay except the steakhouse so we could only eat at the buffet. We would not have booked through Expedia had we known we could not use our credit. We would have gone thru Costco where we could use our reward. We had a $652 credit that was useless unless we wanted to shell out more money. We did all inclusive to not pay more. We feel the credit is dishonest. To go to get a massage we would have had to pay $138 per person after using a small portion of the credit. That isn't a credit. Going thru Costco next time where we get 2 percent back as well as Costco cash.

The entertainment was wonderful. The food selection was great but some of the wait staff was not pleasant. The wait for my suitcase to be delivered was too long so I had get it myself.

The place was beautiful and the staff was awesome. My only concern was the walkability. The property is large and we had a family room, (these rooms are the furthest from the lobby) and the walk was very long as dining is on the other side of the hotel. This made it difficult.

Room was nice bathroom was nice shower had great pressure like I love. All the pools were great with plenty of chairs to seat. Beach was cool the hecklers got a little bit annoying. The buffet food was so good & flavorful with plenty of options loved how many vegetable options they had. Had a swim up pool but wasn’t big enoughto actually swim.

RIU Negril has a beautiful beach, great pools, and amazing entertainment, but the customer service needs serious improvement. Dining staff were inattentive, bar service was poor everywhere except the lobby bar, and the front desk wasn’t welcoming or helpful. Room cleaning was inconsistent and below standard. The outdoor areas and activities made the stay enjoyable, but the overall service left a lot to be desired.
