Staff was great. Buffet food was as expected, but not amazing. The big issue, they gave us an “upgrade” to a pool view room, but didn’t tell us there was a bad playing way too loud until 10pm. Also there were limited electrical plug in’s for devices.

The staff were very polite and helpful. The food was good and the room was clean and comfy. The beach and beach grill was a nice place to chill. The only drawback is the lack of elevator when you're on the third floor, but I guess I needed the exercise. I would definitely return.

The floor stay wet from the ceiling to the floor. Was told from condensation So the air has to run continuously also I have to keep the blinds closed my bed was wet . The dining room hot like hell no air sweat running off the workers face so that make them miserable. The food needs improvement . Unsafe floors in the rooms.
