I highly recommend the Dupont Circle Hotel. My husband and I were touring D.C. for the weekend while also celebrating my birthday. We arrived at the hotel late Friday night and we were promptly greeted by friendly hotel staff who had our room ready to go and bottled water ready for us thirsty travelers! We were upgraded to a king suite. The room was large and had all of the necessary amenities including robes, a small refrigerator, nespresso machine. It was clean, comfortable and spacious.
What truly made our stay impeccable was the complimentary champagne and chocolate covered strawberries that awaited us on my birthday with a wonderful handwritten note from Anthony! It was much appreciated!
Between the prime location to transit, helpful staff and everything else I spoke of above this hotel should be your go to spot in Washington DC!

The room was nice, very clean, spacious, and quiet. The view was not very pleasant, we were overlooking a parking lot but we didn't mind. You do have to pay to park, but nearly every other place has the same requirement. The hotel has a shuttle that brings you to the metro station or the airport nearby, it runs every half hour until midnight. We stayed here to visit D.C., and instead of using the metro to get into the city we took Uber and Lyft, because it was more convenient for us. When we arrived, the concierge was very helpful in guiding us to a place for dinner in D.C. There are also many food options within walking distance of the hotel, which we took advantage of. We ordered room service, which was mediocre, the food was brought to us in to-go containers, and in a large brown paper bag, and the coffee was bitter. I wouldn't recommend ordering it because it was extremely overpriced, even though it was convenient. There are many good local places to choose from instead. Overall, the stay was pleasant and I would stay here again, I also recommend it to anyone who plans to visit D.C.
