It's a nice hotel near an airport. Pretty much it. 5 minutes from the airport, clean, quiet. Basic things you need

Basic accommodation . very friendly staff. I was too tired to leave area, but they will drive to near by restaurants.

comfortable stay Housekeeping knocked several times hours before checkout. That was a little disturbing. But I get it she was trying to clean the room for the next guest. I would have liked them to have known beforehand that I had checked out then went to clean the room. I wasn't going to type.this but your survey wouldn't let me stick with comfortable stay.

Nice place to stay nice staff, stayed here on two different occasions and would stay again.

My overall stay was ok however on the last day, we realized that the bathroom did not have an extra roll of toilet tissue. We called down to the front desk to request a roll and waited for 25 minutes before someone came to the door. The cleaning lady who came asked when our checkout time was but didn't have tissue rolls on her cleaning kart that we requested. We called again and still no one came to our room with the tissue. Needles to say, I never got that roll of tissue and I had to beg the cleaning lady who I found in the hallway a second time for a box of Kleenex to use. When we checked out and I requested to speak with a manager, I was told that they were not on duty and I received unconvincing apology from the girl at the front desk. Also the parking is ridiculous at night...when we would return back to our room after site seeing all day, there was no where to park and we had to park at another hotel and walk to ours. The lack of empathy and poor customer service along with no parking will make me think twice before booking a room here again.

I stayed here while delivering a friend to the hospital. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The TV had become unplugged by cleaning staff, and the guy who came to show me what to do must have done it a thousand times, but helped me laugh through the simple repair. The pregnant front desk woman found something we had in common and we ended up laughing through the process. Coffee at Starbucks gave a friend of mine and I privacy to talk.

Ok stay, under remodel right now, so kinda run down right now. The room itself was fine, just another hotel room.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was better than most hotel breakfasts.

Everything was great. Room was clean and staff was excellent

Great experience, shuttle from and to the airport. Room comfortable except foul smell from carpet or couch. friendly staff.
