Front desk staff was very friendly at check in and check out. Room was very clean. Shower/bathroom was spotless with high pressure hot water. Bedding was comfortable. Everything in the room worked. Nothing in disrepair. AC worked great on the 100 degree days. Very quiet. Plenty of accessible parking. Great location. Plenty of restaurants and convenience stores in the area. Close to my employer and I will be returning next time I'm in town. I've stayed at many La Quinta properties and they're a great mid price lodging option. Overall no complaints, AM coffee was good, and I highly recommend this location.

We were surprised at the wide variety of foods at the complimentary breakfast and the coffee was decent. Silverware would be welcome rather than plasticware. The OJ was too sweet (from concentrate in the juice machine. In the room, the AC was set to 60 degrees, uncomfortably cold but easily adjusted. The blankets were too thin for that cold atmosphere. The pillows were fine for one person and hated by the other person. The bathtub/shower did not drain or drained very slowly so the tub filled with water during a shower. We could not find the shuttle at the airport even after calling but the shuttle from the hotel was timely and well-arranged

The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful but all other staff were rude, would not return a “good morning” and I never had my room cleaned or bed made the entire time I was there. The free breakfast was not worth the zero cost. The eggs were “egg cakes” (scrambled eggs that were the size and shape of small pancakes) and the sausage Pattie’s were ehhhh. The good news is that the room was very nice! Very nice size, the desk and chair were spacious and the space was very nicely laid out. And the bed was super comfortable! The location is fantastic! Very close to BWI, a stones throw from Chili’s, Starbucks and the restaurant group is right up the street. There are two gas stations within 3 minutes to refill your rental before returning it. So overall, I’d rate the stay was very worth the price, but even free, I’d recommend breakfast elsewhere.
