My stay at this hotel was overall positive. The staff were friendly and professional, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The complimentary mini bar was a nice convenience and added to the overall value. Breakfast was very good (9/10) with a solid variety of options and good quality food. The main drawback was the in-room TV system. It was quite restrictive — there were no streaming or casting options, and no built-in apps such as YouTube or Netflix. For a hotel of this level, a more modern entertainment setup would be expected. Aside from that, everything else met expectations, and the experience was pleasant overall. Huge shoutout to the receptionist who checked us in (unfortunately I forgot her name but maybe Amalia?). She was super friendly and answered a lot of our questions regarding transportation and our stay there. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who plans to stay in Naples.

This hotel in Naples was in an ugly neighborhood but most neighborhoods in Naples are ugly. No other word for it. But inside the hotel was very beautiful; the restaurant is wonderful and the breakfast buffet is superb. If I had to go to Naples again I would stay here again. There is a wonderful plaza surrounding the hotel and the service is excellent.
They have a specialty pizza service.
Inside the restaurant is also elegant and excellent service. The food is outstanding.
Restaurant had real honeycomb dripping honey for us.
The restaurant outdoor patio dining is elegant.

No airport shuttle during our stay but 27€ taxi was quick. Very convenient as metro station is only a few minutes walk. Room was very nice and roomy, super clean and modern. Would definitely recommend!
