Everything was wonderful! I appreciated that we were able to get into our room as soon as it was ready, since we'd had an early day of travel and were hoping to take a quick nap before starting our trip. Our hotel room was tidy and spacious. I loved that we had a space to place our luggage as well as plenty of closet space. The security helped make the space feel extra safe, even though La Condesa is already an incredibly safe and walkable area. I recommend checking out Mendl Delicatessen nearby! The only downside was having our room be on the fourth floor and walking up those flights of stairs after long days. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay!

Love the hotel. The scenery is beautiful, the river and the waterfalls. Food delicious.

Clean room , shops nearby , my only complaint was a that the hotel shows that it is 3 minutes walking to the US Embassy and that was the main reason I booked it, my surprise was that is 3 minutes walking to the old location of the Embassy. They need to up date the information they are posting in its advertising in Expedia.

Overall the property was pretty decent. It was very near the angel of independence and in a walkable area. The bathrooms were a bit outdated and the room lacked a mini fridge for storage. Other than that I didn’t really use any amenities since my family and I only used it to shower and sleep.
