We asked for room cleaning, but it wasn’t done, asked for fresh glasses and cups for tea, were given after 1.5 hrs. Very rude staff, no compassion as we had young kids. The washroom had some issues ( exhaust not working, toilet seat was loose) complained about them, but they were never fixed.

Stayed here overnight before a morning flight, the beds were comfy but the decor in the room was a bit odd, it had been painted but not to the edges of the room. The AC also made odd sounds. Staff were lovely.
