This is my favourite place to stay when flying from or to Heathrow Airport. It is offers a very high standard in all aspects from courteous staff, to outstanding comfort and quality of bedding and towels. The bathroom and shower are pristine for cleanliness and the shower water pressure is exactly what I require.

Public Bus to the Heathrow

We were surprised to find that there is no shuttle bus to the airport; however, it is quite easy to take the public bus across the street from the hotel. The hotel reception quoted us L20 for a taxi. The bus is L2 per person and took us about 10minutes.

Stay Only If You Have To!

I stayed here for one night during an overnight Heathrow layover. I decided to take the Hoppa bus as it had been advertised as serving this hotel; however, the driver let me off across the street with my luggage. When I asked the front desk about the return trip, they said the bus didn't serve the hotel. Not sure where the mixup in that was! On the way to the airport next day, I took the city bus from stop across the street. Way more efficient and cheaper! The check in experience left something to be desired. The front desk had 4-5 early 20 year olds hanging out and they seemed genuinely annoyed to stop their socializing to check me in. The elevator wasn't working that night so we had to go up to the fourth floor by stairs--luckily one of the young men was kind enough to carry my bag. The room was small and basic. Nothing to write home about. The amenities are bare bones and the pull out bed was odd--I had not requested it. Overall, I would not stay here again--it's cheap but you get what you pay for. Also, the lack of front desk hospitality really sours the mood when you check into a hotel.

Super convenient for my overnight stay between flights. Room was a good size, big bathroom, loved the quirky 'flight' touches. Quiet. Nice breakfast. Taxi they booked for me was fancy but reasonably priced. Would stay again.

I have never been to a hotel where it was not possible to charge the phones or I pad. The hotel does not have any regular outlets and the only ones provided in the room did not fit our I phone 15. I went to the desk downstairs and they told me they did not have regular electric outlets. How can a hotel have such an inconvenient and outdated system. First time ever I was not happy with a hotel since using Expedia for decades.

Good value, huge room, we were given an accessible room which wasn’t a requirement, it was fine but the bathroom wasn’t the best design - sink far too close to the toilet which was a bit weird - and the bed wasn’t very comfy, but the staff were good and it was good for what we paid
