Nice hotel if you don’t have a connecting door!

We stayed at the hotel the night before our holiday and it was fine. We stayed again on our return and were put in a family room with an adjoining door. We were tired and Didn’t think too much about it - but at 11:40pm we were woken up abruptly by somebody trying to open the door and a TV on loud and a hairdryer - scary when in a deep sleep. We were then awake for an hour. I think we should have been told about the connecting door and given the option to refuse it as I had booked at least three weeks earlier. I did complain the next morning and was offered a small refund- but would rather have had a good night’s sleep. I’ll know next time! Otherwise, nice hotel with good staff and service

We stayed one night at Leonardo Heathrow before a morning flight. The location was extremely convenient, as was booking transport to the airport. It is clearly a busy hotel and the room was a bit worse for wear. But it was clean and we were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary breakfast buffet. Most importantly, after our stay we realized my daughter had left behind a beloved stuffed animal. I was able to get in touch with staff who was extremely helpful in locating the toy, holding it for us for over a month, packaging and coordinating pickup, and staying in communication. That meant so much!
