One elevator for entire building because the other was broken. Two tour groups got there when we did… and in the morning the one lift was busy. So we had to carry our luggage up and down four flights of stairs. In-room WiFi didn’t work. Carpet was kind of gross. Lights in room bright, sterile white like a cafeteria. Soap in shower “for hands, body and hair.” My hair feels so nasty. I saw nothing at the hotel that looked nearly as bright and clean as the photos. Close to airport but not convenient to get to/from.

It took me 15 minutes to get into a lift from the ground floor to the reception floor with many people waiting. I waited for 10 minutes for the lift from reception to my floor. There was only 1 small lift that worked, and another cargo lift worked. That is unacceptable for a hotel with so many rooms. I will not return to this hotel again.

Clean and well maintained. Fair size room. Friendly staff. On the Hoppa Bus route. Bar and restaurant selling basic food but well done and good portion size. Perfect for a budget but good airport hotel.

This hotel is walkable to the train and main area. There are other hotels on the area as well. Condition in the hotel is poor and very small. But the front desk people are very nice and helpful.

I hated the fact that people are really noisy in the hallways. Your rooms are reasonably soundproof but they’re so noisy in the hallways. There was also only one left working. Therefore there was a huge queue of multiple people queueing to get into a tiny lift with a huge suitcases so much so that I actually pulled my back having to take my suitcase in my bag up the stairs to the first floor reception it was ridiculous. The room was incredibly cold however I managed to sort out that myself. I didn’t like the showerhead not being able to move particularly I think they should be a slip mat in the shower area too. Also I think that guests are incredibly rude and leaving their trays on tables so much so I had to remove the trays myself. I took my tray to the tray area because I think that people shouldn’t do that, but still The toasting machine doesn’t really do toast very well. I think it’d be far better to have a couple of toasters.

Arriving at premier INN we were asked to pay because our online payment to Expedia was not received. We ended up making a second payment which was a double charge for our room, and we need the refund back. We were also charged extra for breakfast when the Expedia advertised breakfast included. Room given was not ready at all.
