Arrived after 10 pm in terminal 5 so buses were not running to terminal 2 but there are a lot of ways to get there. But was very easy to find when I got to terminal 2. Was clean, staff were friendly. The paid breakfast was worth the money

This is an airport hotel at Heathrow, which is walkable from terminals two and three and an easy train ride from the other terminals. The staff were excellent, courteous, helpful, accommodating. They are very accommodating with early check-in, which was a big help for us. We had an easy walk to terminal three when it was time to take our plane in the morning. I highly recommend this spotlessly, clean, quiet, modern hotel.

11pm check-in. No running water at the hotel. No worries, this happens. BUT, reception refuses to offer us bottled water. We have to pay. For water. In a hotel that has none. When everywhere else is shut. Awful.

Great hotel if you are flying early the next morning-walkable to terminal 2 in Heathrow. No extras in the room though- no cork screw, water, coffee maker etc. There is is mini fridge, but nothing in it. The rooftop bar was lovely, and the best Indian food I have ever had!

Great location for Terminal 2. Airport hotels always make me nervous as the standard isn’t always good, but I was really happy with the Hilton Garden Inn. The bed was large and comfortable, the shower was hot, the rooftop bar served tasty food with views of the runway. Would definitely stay again.

It's the perfect go to spot if you're flying out of trrminal 2 at Heathrow. It's a typical airport hotel but the beds are comfier than most. The restaurant prices are really steep but you're held captive so there's nothing you can do. The food is tasty though.

Great access to Terminal 2, but not Terminal 3. I wouldn’t stay here if you need to depart from T3 (which we did). Parking is expensive. Employees were fantastic.
