Do not be fooled by the nice bathroom picture and nice common areas. The room is very small, like you will literally hug the TV when you walk past it. We did a family room and with the extra bed there was hardly any place to open your luggage. We had to open our luggage on top of the bed. And we had to store our luggage by the entryway which is a fire hazard just waiting to happen. On top of that, they DO NOT have AC. They use some kind of swamp cooling system, which although it was cold outside the room was hot. They could only offer us a small fan. I had to prop the window with what small crack of fresh cool air it could offer, otherwise it would have been more comfortable to sleep outside. Oh and our bathroom door handle came off - which to me was the least of my worries. I am so glad we only had to spend 1 night there! Never again! I should just have picked the premier inn. I have to say the staff and the outside areas were nice and all, but just the condition of the room itself if just unbearable.

Overnight stay prior to flying out on holiday. Very cheap for a Heathrow hotel comfortable bed good shower so can’t fault that but beware of the cost of things like water, soft drinks snacks from the foyer. Absolute rip off

Arrived having 5 Twin Rooms booked for the evening for 9 people - was told when checking in this now was not doable and that we would have to take double rooms (doesn't work due to people not wanting to share beds). When telling the member of staff that doesn't work and we'd need additional double rooms or twin rooms as booked he told me there was nothing he could do other than comp 2 or 3 rooms breakfast for us (couldn't even do the full booking) and to make it worse, the next morning when we went down for breakfast, we were refused the comp because no manager had any record of it. Absolutely ridiculous.

Ok for an overnight stop

The room was a mixed bag—comfortable enough for a short stay, but hygiene standards left much to be desired. The carpet bore visible stains, giving an unkempt feel, and the towels were far from fresh, with a worn-out texture. While the basics for comfort were there, the overall cleanliness could use significant improvement to match expectations.
