Great staff, location and refurbishment. Food, drink, garden and leisure facilities excellent and the whole team couldn't be more helpful. Useful perks like free water, good tea and coffee tray, an actual bath and £5 off you don't have your room cleaned to spend on food or drink. Can't recommend it enough and will definitely be back!

Beds are damaged ,my kids are complaining their back is hurting from the bed,I checked underneath the mattress theirs some towels under mattress is holding the mattress up cause the bed is already damaged

Have stayed here many times but was a little disappointed room133 felt like a single room that a double bed had been sqeezed in otherwise the room decorated felt very tired ,

Stayed for the 1 night as a needed to get away from stress and work. Check in was quick and easy, staff explained services like parking, restaurant and access to room very well. Lift was out of order which for someone who works in hospitality, can relate to how frustrating that can be. Room was big and spacious, handy with an 8 year old with a lot of energy, Restaurant was nice, good selection of food, and for price too, only criticism would be was warm, due to lack of air conditioning, which again might be technical fault, which can't fault the staff or food quality. Checking out was straight forward too so was a very good night away.
