"Nice 4 star hotel except for the last day"
Nice hotel with good facility such as complimentary hand phone set to bring you around the town . We stayed for 4 wonderful nights but had a shock on our very last day of check out. As we had an early flight on that day to Airport , we booked a cab via the hotel desk and asked what would be the rate for the cab twice . The hotel desk ( we asked 2 different person just to confirm the cab rate ) replied fixed rate of 50 pound . After 15 mins of wait , the cab arrived . It took us less than 20 mins to the airport as there was not much jam on New Year's Day. When we alighted delightfully due to the short time travelled , we handed 50 pound to the driver . But the driver said it was 100 pound due to the festive season and he had to charge double . This was definitely not informed to us by the hotel desk which helped us to book the cab . In order not to delay our check in , we paid 100 pound for a 20 mins cab ride . That was an unpleasant surprise that we had to bear when leaving London. Hope that communications could be conveyed in a better manner.

The Chelsea Harbour Hotel

Chelsea Harbour, London - Map
"Big rooms, great location, poorly run hotel."
We stay at the Chelsea Harbour Hotel when we are in town as it is located right next to our old neighbourhood. The location is great, right on the river, 5 mins from Kings Road and all the rooms are suites. The hotel is supposed to be non smoking but we have had on going issues with being smoked out of our rooms, having to change rooms twice during one stay. The staff said they don't really have any control over the guests smoking and cannot police it, so unfortunately smoking in the hotel remains an issue. The hotel is not run very well, with staff often making mistakes, forgetting luggage, ringing on doorbells of the wrong room, it seems there is little/ bad communications between staff and trying to get things done, such as moving rooms because of smoke can be like pulling teeth!! We have received compensation after multiple attempts to do so. Getting simple things done in this hotel can be a struggle, but locations is great and the rooms are big...

K West Hotel & Spa

Richmond Way, London - Map
"Cosy hotel at a quiet corner behind the main road"
K West is a small hotel situated in a street beside the main road. 2 min walk to a small walking ramp, up there is the main road where you can find the train station, Westfield shopping mall, argos and restaurants of all types of cuisines. Everything in the hotel is clean and nice. I was very surprised by the mobile phone free of charge and chocolate snacks . The restaurant provides not many choices but all food I ordered is delicious. All staff greeted me with sweet smiles, especially the tall lady at the 4F restaurant. Very enjoyable stay in the hotel.

The hotel was very nice but we could hear everything from the room above ours. Sounded like a herd of elephants running around until 3am.

"More than just 'simple'"
Although it really is just rooms (no bar, lounge) all rooms are nicely furnished, water, tea, coffee given, good en suite. Very close to High St and tubes and metres from Olympia. I stayed there last year and this for the horse show. Staff could not be more helpful. Kero in particular was really helpful, welcoming and professional.

"Close to Gunnersbury station"
London is massive so it was great having a hotel within 5 minutes of a tube station. When my husband and I first arrived, there were tube closures so we had to walk 30 minutes to get the hotel. That's no fault of the hotel itself though. Our room was refreshed daily and the staff was very prompt. The front desk is 24 hours, which was a huge help since we had to leave at 3 am to catch a flight back to the States.

West London is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in West London, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your West London hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
