The bathtub flooded/leaked with just one shower and then there was water everywhere in the bathroom. We stayed for one night and had no time to switch room or even complain the property as we had to catch early morning flight. Going to the bathroom meant we were stepping into a pool with splashes all over and the water stayed there until morning when we left the hotel. We checked in late and didn't have energy to change rooms due to super early flight and felt like sleeping in the flooded area. Waste of money and very bad experience.

I paid extra for free cancelation. When British Airways canceled my flight on the day of travel, the hotel was unresponsive to my requests for cancelation. Expedia also called them many times throughout the day, but no manager was available to approve the cancelation. I continue to try to get them to honor the free cancelation policy, to no avail.

Good for short term stay

Expedia misrepresented the booking details. We reserved a room for three adults, but upon arrival, we were informed that this was not permitted, and we were forced to book an additional room. Very disappointing, especially since this was not communicated during the booking process. The hotel is conveniently located for Terminal 4 at Heathrow, but if you’re flying out of a different terminal, expect a bit of a journey—manageable, but not ideal. The hotel itself is very basic but clean. The common areas are pleasant, and it offers standard amenities. It’s suitable for a one-night stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer visit.

The staff was helpful. They made sure I was able to secure a taxi for 4am the next day which I needed to be able to make my flight. The waiter keegan at the restaurant was very polite and attentive. The whole experience was very positive.
