Staff were friendly who we saw. Very limited parking even street parking is limited due to permits needed. No breakfast even though it stated breakfast. Rooms could do with an update. Bar area is nice to have a drink and can imagine in the summer would be a great place

We were a bit disappointed this time, as the boiler was not working. The bathroom floor was dirty, lamp shades to. The cooker was greasy and the flames were yellow. We didn't get any shower gel or shampoo . By from that we had a lovely "getting sunburnt

We had a difficult time getting checked in, as there was no one there when we arrived and my US phone had a hard time connecting to the posted UK number. But the owner arrived soon and everything was great! The restaurant is very unique with lots of antiques, and the food was fabulous! Breakfast was made to order and fabulous!! I highly recommend!

The building is an architectural delight and the gardens are very well maintained The staff cannot be faulted - from the wonderful reception staff, the restaurant and bar staff and the cleaning crew - all utterly professional, take pride in their job and oh yes it shows - what an impeccable stay.

Lovely place and ideal for golf. Rebecca was very professional and a good laugh, which makes all the difference. The room was excellent, very clean, and nothing too much trouble. I would highly recommend it and will definitely be staying here again.
