Lady at reception was lovely and kind. The security was impressive, and it's so nice to have a 24hr reception with a person. There was a personal touch too. There was a fan, iron and hair dryer in the room too. Thank you so much x

When checked in the room given had not been cleaned but after a couple of hours the room was cleaned and was given free breakfast which was ok.Great location.

Convenient location for graduation day.

Unfortunately, the parking did present a problem having a large car. However reception were great and allowed us to park in an easier space. The room was smaller than expected. The window did not lock shut so had to be left open. The room could have done with a better clean as there were old crisps under the edge of the bed and when pulling back the duvet was a large clump of hair. The room was incredibly hot and although a fan was provided this proved to be pretty useless in cooling the room down and presented a trip hazard on one side of the bed. The best thing was the location. It was near where we needed to be.
