Lovely apartment, great staff who fixed a hot water issue within 15 mins of reporting. They also checked in with us once again in the morning to make sure all was fine. Can be noisy at night hearing people move around their apartments as there are 4 floors. But not really anyway around that so it’s no one’s fault. Good location with an NCP carpark accross the road.

This could be a stunning hotel but sadly is quite run down. It’s in a great location for the city centre shopping and nightlife. Our room was huge but unfortunately had hardly any furniture. With 2 comfortable double beds for a family room but not a single chair. No surface to sit the kettle on to plug it in, just seemed an odd layout when a table and chairs would have fit in the room and still left a huge area free. The bar area was lovely and the terrace could be too but it was very dirty. For what we paid it was a comfortable nights sleep and spacious.

Very noisy, no kettle, Air Con didn’t work. Very hot in room. No shower Gel / Shampoo.

No complaints about the staff, cleanliness or the features of the room, generally everything you’d expect. However, be aware that some rooms face onto a busy street with music coming out of clubs until 3am, with little option to close the window due to a lack of aircon. A fan was provided, but it was incredibly loud, making sleep even more difficult. Unless you can book a room not facing the street (not sure if the noise is better, but can’t be worse) than I wouldn’t recommend. The hotel should do a better job making potential guests aware of the noises on the street, they’ll know it’s going to be an issue for some.
