There was no plug sockets near the beds and the sheets and everything were dirty and smelly and the toilet was just absolutely disgusting. Everything was sticky and dirty and we hated staying there and staying at the hotel made us even more dirty but the bathtub was so disgusting that it wasn’t a place we wanted to shower in

We booked two rooms. One was in the newer/refurbished part of the hotel and was of a noticeably higher standard though both rooms were the same price. The staff were all lovely and the breakfast was very good and served in the light and airy restaurant. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Booked my elderly disabled parents in at the hotel. Olivia on the front desk was very friendly and helpful with the booking process, making sure they were in a suitable ground floor room. The room was lovely and clean. My parents couldn’t operate the heater so went to ask Olivia to help them and she cans straight away and altered the settings for them so they were warm enough. Will definitely book them in to stay there again when they next come to Lincoln to visit

Excellent friendly service

This was our 2nd time of staying here and we will definitely be booking again when we are next in Leicester. The hotel is fantastic, there are lots of choices for the breakfast. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The staff are very polite, courteous and will help you in any way they can. The hotel is located not far from the city centre which is ideal to access different areas and places to visit.
