If you are looking for your first vacation to a couples concept resort, Pearl is a great choice. This was our first such trip It is a nice low/no pressure environment that allowed us to break out of our shell at our own pace. The mostly 35-55 crowd was friendly. There are many staff-run social activities that makes it easy to meet people or it's just as easy lay undistrubed on the beach. One piece of advise, buy Sunblock type products at the airport because the cost is double at the resort. The rooms are clean & nice but nothing to get excited about. The food is great. The staff is very professional and extremely attentive. We plan to go back as soon as possible.

My wife and i visited july 10-17 and i can write a book( all good). Now my wife was not sure about going here and she likes to try a different resort every year, but after staying here she said we wont be going anywhere else but here. We had a blast, everyone is so friendly naked or not. The staff was just awesome( Abraham at the jacuzzi bar, Carlos at the pool bar, Darwin and Vineay at the suki restaurant, Cardido at breakfast and lunch and you cant forget Danny who seats you at the pool and gets you towels. The food everywhere we ate was totally awesome along with the service. Its amazing how little they make and i do like to tip them which i think everyone should, then you get back to the states and us americans need a million dollars to live and do very little, it opened up our eyes. But anyhow our rooms were clean from the minute we got there till we left. The whole resort is so clean, not run down at all, and the grounds are manicured beautifully. I only had one issue but not the resorts fault i got stung by a stingray, but security called the medic(Leo) and he fixed me up in a jiffy and i was back on my feet in an hour.Bottom line is we will definately be back next year. We miss it already!!

Just got back from Grand Residences & felt like I left my home. This is 5 star excellence all the way. Great room, staff, location & the food was by far the best I have had at any all inclusive. This cannotbecompared to any other all inclusive anywhere. The food is as good as any high end restaurant in the World. Love it here & can't wait to go back. I want to keep it a secret because it wasn't crowded at all & you felt like everyone was there for just you. Cudos to the Management here. You guys no how to run a true classy hotel!!

The hotel, the staff, the spa everything and all were excellent. Our party of 17 would have liked more vegetarian food and the hotel was ever so accommodating by providing special cooked Indian food. Love, love, loved it!

We stayed in Casa Primavera which had its own private pool. Pool was cleaned every day. Very clean rooms with plenty of space. The place had everything you needed, even chairs and towels for the beach. Had its own kitchen and two full bathrooms. Two blocks from the beach. Close to restaurants and the center of town. Good air condition and Netflix available, which was great for the kids. Cenotes are also close by. Cancun about 20 minutes away. Snorkeling tours available at beach.

My family and I visited this amazing resort for two weeks and it was an amazing experience!
The staff was incredible! We made life long friends with one of the servers, Abraham and the amazing Chef Fabian. They both worked at the Japanese restaurant. The food was always so delicious and we come from Vancouver, so we are very picky about our sushi. One of the most beautiful things that they kindly did for us, was create a special menu dinner just for us, it was so special!!!!! Our family will never forget that night!
But let me tell you about the day that we got invited by the fabulous buffet restaurant manager, to a special event. Only 10 people were invited and our family was so privileged to join, since it created another very special memory! My husband particular loved this event, since they taught us how to create a lovely Spanish dish. We drank wine and cooked together under the Mexican sun, what a memory for our entire family. The outdoor decor was also so lovely we ate together next to the hotel vegetable garden. It was just so pretty!
The children talk about our trip daily, but they always bring up the amazing staff! The beach, pool, and hotel rooms where lovey too, but nothing compares to the amazing people that we met and became friends with.
We also loved the gym and the spa. It was paradise! The gym had all the equipment that I needed.
Thank you Dreams Rivera Cancun for all the memories!

A/C wasn't working well in the master bedroom. Internet not available in the appartment and the toilet flush had to be fixed. But the place is quiet and safe, staff is very helpfull and friendly and the ocean view is beautiful.
We tried both buildings (A & B) and we preferred B, everything was a bit better in that building.

We had a wonderful second visit to SSS!
The resort has a lush, tropical feel and is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The best part of the resort however is its wonderful staff! They are very kind, friendly and can't do enough to make sure your holiday is amazing.
There are lots of things to do at SSS if you like to keep busy. The entertainment staff is really fun and engaging and have lots of fun activities organized each day.
You certainly won't go hungry or thirsty here either! SSS has a variety of places to eat at. Their lunch time barbecues are incredible and the food carts are a really nice added touch (ice cream, shaved ice, tacos). The hibachi tables at Himitsu make for a fun dinner experience in the evening.
The pool area is really great at this resort. There are 7 different pools in quiet or more active locations. The swim-up pool/bar area gets pretty rowdy throughout the day but that's usually the case at resorts that have this. The beach is not great. If you are looking for aqua water on a long stretch of beach that you can swim in, this is not your place. SSS more than makes up for this though in other areas.

Everything was very good, food was average, beach was terrible it was being raked every morning of seaweed and too many rocks to walk into the water. Walked to resort next door and no seaweed and no rocks and water was great !

Only 18 km (11 mi) south of Cancun International Airport, the sleepy village of Puerto Morelos offers calm contrast to Cancun, and to lively Playa del Carmen, 32 km (20 mi) to the south. Historically a fishing village, tourism is a relatively recent industry here. A large reef, about 500 meters from the beach, has been declared a national park, and snorkeling, diving, and kayaking are popular.
