The property was nice and the experience was elevated with the diamond club. The servers at times were rude. The steakhouse was the worst service of all. Our butler Gina was amazing !!! Room service was very very poor, only having cold pizza and brownies available in the menus with a 45 min delivery. Facilities were nice and clean. 7out of 10 would recommend for a quick get away but definitely not for a long week stay.

I actually booked to stay from Friday - Monday and had such a great tune that we booked another night on the resort… This was my first time booking a resort through hotel.com and it was a easy smooth experience

The property was pretty. Most of the food (didn’t try all the restaurants) was very good. There wasn’t many entertainment options, as most happened during when we were going to dinner. The downside was housekeeping could have been better with towels, there was a day without washcloths and a day without bath towels. The beverage person had to also be tracked down to add beer and water almost daily.Other than that, room was very clean and staff was helpful and friendly.

Had our money stolen from our locked room late at night, credit card was hacked after paying deposit fee, slow service. I really wanted to like this place. It was my second time coming and won’t be coming again. Staff also wasn’t able to help with our stolen belongings and wouldn’t let me see any camera footage from the hour it happened. Awful. Don’t come here!!

We booked 4 rooms with family. Very clean very safe. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Reservation is required for dinners at the restaurants but always a buffet option open if you can’t get a reservation. Drinks were good. Casino was fun.

The beach was worse than the other resorts in the area I’ve stayed at. Not the resort’s fault, just a worse location. Staff did a good job of keeping the resort clean, but during a bubble party at the main pool I stepped on broken glass IN the pool, which even kids attended which is very unsafe.

Beautiful property but too many flaws. The adults only is limited to one side, there definitely are kids around. Food is mid at every restaurant. Check in is at 3, my room wasn’t ready til 5. They ran out of towels for the beach twice. Escalator was broken for 2 days. And last but not least the wristband/room key stopped working in the middle of my stay. Just too many inconveniences for the money I spent.

The resort itself it very clean and the staff is friendly and willing to help at all times . We dined at Dorado and the steak house and both were very dissapointing .One should not need to go to the buffet after eating at these restaurants . We were at Hideaway and upgraded to Diamond club so we were expecting a higher level of dining .We stayed there five years ago and found the food was much better at that time . Our butlers were superb .Luis and Ulise were very attentive and listened to our concerns and filed reports on our behalf . I would certainly request them both should you decide to book a trip .
