All was great. Love the property since we can go to all the El CID resorts and pools and restaurants. Will go again and take other family members to experience the great hospitality and relaxing this place is.

Excelente en todos los aspectos, el sargazo nos impidió disfrutar de la playa por el mal olor y contaminación en agua. Aunque espero volver en época que no sea de sargazo porque el área de la playa es espectacular y las facilidades alrededor de estas son excelentes.Staff excelente, piscinas (albercas) excelentes. En cuanto a opciones de comida y espectáculos muy buenas. Lo recomiendo ya que es un excelente lugar .

Ok, this is not the place to go if you are a big partier and expect a lot of entertainment. It’s pretty quiet and calm which is exactly what I wanted. The gardens are lovely. The facilities are clean and the staff is accommodating. The buffet is pretty good for all inclusive. To be honest, I am not a fan of AI due to quality of food and drinks. I only got to try

The staff was a mixture of amazing and inattentive. The chefs and waiters they go above and beyond to make sure you feel taken care of and relaxed. But the first night we arrived we were waiting on services we had asked for night 1, 2 etc and we didn't receive the services until the day before we left. I feel the staff have good hearts but they are forgetful. During check in we didn't receive a map and we had to figure a lot of things on our own.

Have stayed here a couple of times the staff, food and upkeep of the property has been consistent.They have fun activities. Recommend you try the foam party in the pool while her it was a lot of fun.

I dont have a problem with the property , its clean , food and pool are great. Rooms are nice and big . I do hava a problem with the beach and the hurrable smell. I would never pick this hotel due to the smell . Nobody let me know about that. My son was throw up from the smell.. this is not condition you should have your guess. Its not enjoyable
