Preston Park hotels in East Sussex, England

My room was a twin private room on the third floor which included a shower and wash basin, with a shared bathroom on the same floor. This was exactly as I booked and was expecting. There was tea and coffee, hairdryer plenty of pillows and towels in the room. The room and bedding was very clean and the room warm enough (October visit). There was at least one staff member on hand at all times that were pleasant and helpful. I was pleased with with my room and the stay here, if I needed to visit Brighton again I would look to book here again.

Very close to the aquarium and pier entrance. Amazing breakfast both morning and staff could not have been friendlier. Would definitely stay again!

4 night stay -this made a perfect base -in a quiet area but very close to all the restaurants and the conference center a perfect base for a visit to the city

Lovely little hotel close to the beach and all the bits of Brighton that you need to see. Friendly staff and a great breakfast at a reasonable time. Clean crisply decorated room, had a lovely stay.

The best thing about this guest house is the warmth and helpfulness of the people dunning it. Booked a single room and it was fine,. clean linen and clean towels everyday. As a single I had a shared bathroom after all you get what you pay for.but as expected. only real criticism was the shower didn't work so took a bath instead. Location is perfect 1 minute from the beach and just 5 minutes away from town so you have everything on your doorstep except the noise.

We stayed for 4 nights during the heat wave. Couldn't ask for a friendlier welcome and the rest of the staff were lovely. The room was bright and clean, we weren't expecting a shower in the room and so it was a nice surprise but it was a bit of a tight squeeze for my husband. It was very hot during the night even with the windows open, we bought a fan to use and bring home. My husband had the full breakfast each morning and was very pleased with it. The hotel was close to the beach, a short walk to the shops and the Pavilion. Buses passed the end of the street to go to the Marina. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it.

Sharing the breakfast room with hotel next door means queuing for a table,also breakfast served between 8.45/9.45 I missed breakfast on the last morning as I had a train to catch.Needs sorting.Basic room,at the going rate for a budget hotel,clean and central.

Over all good but parking ten pound a day not good
