Stayed many times. Usually have better experience- this time the bathroom looked tired (rust, missing bit on shower) and it was very noisy. Waited quite a lot time for receptionist to check in - rang the number on desk (it wasn’t a late check in, but teatime) and it went to voicemail. Didn’t get expected bonus - drink. Overall underwhelmed

Lovely location. Excellent staff and food.

Overall the room, pool, and breakfast were very nice. We also enjoyed the saunas.

No complaints and would stay again, no use if you need a taxi to town or back to hoel as there aint enough

Upon checking in, the staff member in reception on Tuesday evening was rude, abrupt and very unpleasant to deal with, almost that I was an inconvenience on my arrival. The room itself wasn't what I had paid for. I paid for a premium double room, double bed. I got given a room with two single beds pushed together which was extremely uncomfortable. The room smelled of foist as well which wasn't pleasant at all. The window barely shut and had to use a fair bit if force to get it remotely shut. Not great. Overall, I wouldn't recommend to anyone and I certainly won't be returning.

Be very careful when paying extra for a track side room. Despite booking months in advance I was put on level one, where all you can see is the back of a grandstand. This also makes the room very dark and gloomy. Save yourself a lot of money and just book the car park view, as it seems other people in my party booked this and received a free upgrade to a track side room. Money making marketing scheme by this hotel giant. Asked about this only to be told the hotel was full so nothing could be done and received two drinks tokens by way of an apology by pretty uninterested staff. All became apparent when we went to the bar why two tokens as it took an age to get served, with some staff just moving glasses around, while others where run off their feet. Stayed here quite a few times before and this has to be the worst experience to date. Also told they no longer give out the goodie bags when you check in, meaning there is no longer any water in the rooms so make sure you take some in with you.
