This hotel has really nice people working to keep the rooms clean and attractive. The breakfast buffet is very nice
and something I looked forward to each day. The pool is the nicest of any place I've been and we took advantage of
renting a cabana one day with the included food and drink and we used it the entire day. It was especially nice that the
pool concierge Hervik Lopez was accommodating with drinks and also kept watch on our belongings when we went for a walk on the beautiful beach. He could not have been more gracious.

Although it rained/overcast 3 out of the 5 days we were there, the resort provided entertainment and lots to do. The grounds are impeccable! They always had people working on them - rain or shine. The Coffee shop provided delicious coffee that rivals Starbucks - it even had "flaming Coffees". The kids club was run by great people, and the kids loved going. That gave my husband and I some time together to enjoy a nice dinner or lunch date. The rooms were kept free of sand, stocked with drinks and snacks, and clean with fresh towels and supplies. It was a wonderful trip for our family of 6!

"Nice hotel for couples, relaxing, friendly staff"
Perfect hotel for couples, honeymoon and special occasions. Quite and relaxing, private beach. All staff are very friendly. Restaurant food servings are a little slow but no one is in any hurry during vacations.
There are not many activities in the hotel. Gym, spa, pool, board games, game room, table tennis, etc are available. Certainly, there are water activities on the beach. Kayak and snorkeling are included. Motor activities are extra fee.
Rooms are very nice, large with hot tubs, huge barcony, comfortable bed. There is a minibar inside the room. It is not so mini with 5 full size liquor plus many stunts inside the refrigerator. The minibar gets refill daily. Guests seem to stay inside the room, I guess, since I do not see many people in the resort. I was told the hotel was 100% occupied.
I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a relaxing vacation. If you are looking for lots of activities, this may not be for you.

Close to the beach, luxurious, attentive staff. The rooms with doors that open to the lobby are loud. The staff switched my room immediately and my new room was very quiet. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The food is delicious.
