It's a nice place in most things including cleanliness, staff, food, but lacked in any on-site entertainment typical in all-inclusives. Beach also not private and many people dis-embarking at the beach area from boats. Lots of boat traffic at beach area, not ideal. It is good value otherwise.

This place was simply amazing. My wife and i spent 7 days here and all were great. All of the people working here were the best they were all so nice and worked their butts off. From the second we walked in it was a great experience we were greeted with cooling towers and champaign while waiting to check in. food was good the rodizio night was the best and satay was second. Room service also great they were so fast and we ordered the breakfast room service 1 day for 7am and it was at our room at exactly 7am. room was great and the and the people that came and cleaned the room every day did an amazing job and also left us some surprises like champaign and towels folded like swans with rose pedals on our bed. they knew it was out anniversary so that probably explains that. beach is the most amazing I've ever been to not a single piece of sea weed. will defiantly be back.

The property architecture is appealing. The decor is simple yet elegant. Guest rooms could use storage drawer space. However, the bathroom is large and convenient for toiletries and ease of showering. The all inclusive breakfast has everything and anything you could ask for displayed beautifully and restocked constantly. The grounds and the pool areas are clean and well maintained. Privilege will be our new "go to" property on the island.

I absolutely loved my stay at Aluxes. Everything was clean, the food was fantastic, the staff were super nice, and almost everyone we met were returning guests (some up to 15 times!), which says a lot about the resort! The only negatives I can say is that the beds were EXTREMELY bouncy (if one person moves, the other feels it), the pillows weren’t super supportive, and the pool was way too hot (though I was there in July so that may have just been the sun).
