Ordered a high floor room and it didn't really seemed like a high floor. Overall, stay did it's job and the front desk staff is amazing! Hate that Everytime I went to the bar no one was available though.

The AC didn’t work at first. The bed space was crowded. There were no nightstands. Too much money for what was provided.

CONS: stayed in room 808. super dark, only had low lighting, which my partner and i suspect was so they could hide the stains of the room. view was of the ugly back side of the building. worst part was the ac/heater. it was cold when we were there in early may and we were told the heater wasn't working ...

The hotel was great overall, and the location was excellent. However, I was disappointed to be charged a $50 early check-in fee even though our room was already ready. I wasn’t sure why we were charged that, but overall, it was a nice experience.
