This is my go to hotel in the city. I went stay any place else. Even for an additional fee you can get breakfast included. I have stayed in both a reg room n a kitchenette thick it doesn't have a full kitchen or days have a microwave n a small fridge. Room is very nice

I walked to Bub City, great food and entertainment. I had the Cali burger with tots. It was karaoke night. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was amazing!

Fine for solo travel

There is no microwave, or fridge. The shower is very tiny. Barebones hotel but it was okay for a night. Very spacious room, tiny bathroom and shower. The area was questionable and the parking required me to, as the staff recommended, cut through alleyways to get to the front doors. I went around the alleyways (because no thank you) and was harassed by people who were clearly inebriated. I was a female traveling alone. Also the one elevator was broken and I was on like the 34th floor so that took forever to go up and down. Overall, passable for one night, and hope you like drinking warm water.

A disappointment

Only one elevator for 30+ floors, I waited one morning 10+ minutes and missed my uber (paying the late fee) and had to go down by foot 18 stories. A/C was blowing air directly on the bed and I got a cold. Other than that it was ok

The location is fantastic. Just by the river as the name indicates. The staff members are very friendly. I especially like the Nespresso coffee provided in the room. My colleagues who stayed at the Hyatt Regency didn't have these. They were jealous.

They charged me a little over $22 just for using the shampoo, and there’s only one operational elevator for guests on the 11th - 41st floors. Aside from those issues, the hotel is nice and is in close proximity to a lot of activities/sites.
