We were offered an expedia perk of a late checkout (3-6pm) for a fee. When we inquired about this during our stay, the front desk scoffed at us for having the audacity to ask for such a late checkout, stating that no hotel offers this and did not honor it despite being shown the offer in writing. Being treated as though we were unintelligent was insulting and having the offer ignored ensured we would never consider this hotel again.
