They made my night special. I sent a message to the hotel telling them I just got married and asked them to do something special for the room ahead of time with no extra cost and Alissa C one of the managers went above and beyond with no extra cost to make my wife’s night so much better. It melted my heart to see my wife enter the room to see the surprise Alissa had there waiting on us. Such an amazing staff. I can’t thank Alissa enough. A plus plus rating.

Clean room, the smell of the hotel was nice. Lots of people but the noise levels were not loud. The room had a huge TV and fridge, and ample supply of bathroom products. Good location with a shuttle bus every 15 mins or so. Washable to restaurants and the outlet mall.

Was clean. Modern looking. Rooms on other hand were not the best. Shower was tiny and hot water was not on side indicated on faucet. The bedding was not soft and sounded like wrapping paper all night. Lights flickered a lot. Tvs were nice big and could play my apps. View was of other hotels and interstate. Food in bar was pretty good but very small selection. Breakfast buffet i thought was pricey at first but final thought was worth the $26 a person. I encountered 12 staff members all of which were friendly and helpful. Room i was in i would not recommend for elderly or limited mobility people. Or even kids or people who drink much at the hotel bar. Stairs to the 2nd floor bedroom would be dangerous for these folks. My review is mixed for good reasons. My biggest SMH would be 2 pool noodles used to fill a gap in the ceiling and giant windows. Shows lack of maintenance and lack of caring about the property. JUST MY OPINION. To and from airport was a breeze. Would stay again for convenience of airport but not if it was a few day stay. THANKS

As always the property is beautiful and well maintained. This was the first time I had any issues and it’s very minor. The second floor atrium balcony was locked the whole time. I asked to get it unlocked. It became a whole Thing and 2 hours later still not unlocked. A guy walked up who was super rude about opening it and proceeded to explain to me it was cold like that’s not ridiculous and obvious enough told me to just go out the front door. Being forced to only have exterior space out the front door is unsafe for anyone traveling alone and extremely uncomfortable from the buses constantly parking. I was very disappointed in not only the refusal to just open the door but to be so condescending and rude was uncalled for.

The hotel was bright and clean. Check in was easy, and the rooms were what you’d expect. I found the gym to be well equipped as well. However, most rooms do not have their own enclosed hallway. Therefore, if you have one of the outfacing rooms, because the entire hotel is very open, you can hear all the noise coming from the front lobby. Whether you are on the first floor or the 9th. I feel a “quiet” time should be more enforced for this reason.
