We made a reservation and prepaid for the room, but I was never able to check-in at the Hyatt Regency. The check in line was so long and there were only 2 employees working. I stood in line for 2 hours and decided to leave at 11:00 pm and find a hotel further away (We had to be back at the airport at 3:30 AM). It was frustrating to see managers walk by, but no other check-in counters were opened. Very disappointing and a waste of money as I was charged even though I couldn’t check-in.
