We had to walk up thirty stairs to the top room which was claustrophobic and the bed was very high. The toilet system was very loud. My partner couldn’t get into the shower as she is on the large size and struggled with the stairs which did not have a proper banister. We checked out two days early as she couldn’t cope with the stairs and the room and we are awaiting a refund for those two days.

When checked in the room given had not been cleaned but after a couple of hours the room was cleaned and was given free breakfast which was ok.Great location.

Exactly what you would expect from chain hotel. Good, but a bit room for improvement. Leisure part was off limits, quite pricy for food and drinks. But staff was great. Always doing their best and ready to help
