Aspen Select is a solid choice near St Mary's hospital. The staff are kind and attentive and although the outside may not be as new as other options, the rooms are comfortable with pullouts and recliners and amenities.

Brentwood Inn & Suites
Stayed for 4 nights while husband completed appointments at the Mayo Clinic. We didn't eat the breakfast, so not sure how that is. The rooms are good and the underground access to the Mayo Clinic is priceless.
