The property was spotlessly clean. Staff was very kind and helpful. Nice breakfast set out daily with great coffee! Safe location walkable easily to the Mayo Clinic’s St. Mary’s hospital.

Liked the proximity to Mayo but construction and parking 6 blocks from the property was not helpful at all. The shuttle team was top notch. Loved that the shower was without a tub and easy to get in and out. Had to wait for someone to come to the desk to get us checked in and room was 80 degrees when we arrived.

We love this hotel

We love staying at the Even Hotel as we can walk to downtown Rochester, plus the bike path and pickleball courts are close by. The shower floor had hair in the corner of the shower otherwise I would have given cleanliness 5 stars too.
