Proximity to Mayo clinic was excellent. The daily breakfast was very good, even after staying there for 13 days. The staff was friendly, efficient, and helpful. Parking was easy.

This hotel is run down. It certainly does not deserve the advertised 8.6 rating. It is the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. The ratings for this hotel are deceiving. The mattresses are old and uncomfortable, the air conditioner was loud and the room smelled musty and old.

We have stayed about 8 nights at this hotel on recent months for visits to Mayo Clinic. This hotel is quite a bit cheaper than neighboring hotels. The rooms are “dated” but they are always exceptionally clean. Love the convenience of being connected to Mayo via tunnel system. Our biggest complaint is the pillows are paper thin, but now that we know, we opt to bring our own. Will most likely stay here for all future Mayo visits.
