The parking gives a whole new meaning to tight spaces. We weren’t sure our truck was going to make it into the parking garage as the ceiling is super low. Some things need maintenance. Our room was clean but a lamp wasn’t working. Dining is very close by and it is convenient for going to Mayo Clinic. We cannot complain though as the price to stay here is much cheaper than other places close by Mayo. It had clean beds and clean shower and room. Lighting in the room is poor though.

Access to Rochester Mayo Campus was fantastic. Short walk on the subway level of the campus. I was able to use washer and dryer on site ($2.50 for wash, $2.00 for dry), which I needed because I last minute had to stay due to weather. Another bonus, there was a last minute room available. The building appears to be well worn, for lack of better words. My keycards didn’t work when I got up to my room, which was frustrating after a stressful day. The individual at the lobby desk was on a very apparent personal call and put her finger up for me to wait while she finished, which was not very professional. Those are the highlights. Didn’t try the breakfast as I had to fast. Would maybe stay again if the prices better matched what I got.

Right across street from mayo. Gave roses when checked in. Clean. They now have breakfast. Checkout time eas noon which was great. beds were very hard.

The room was ok, very dated. Our bathroom light would not turn off. I think it was the overhead heater but the knob was not working. Beds were pretty comfortable. The breakfast was good and the staff in there were very friendly!
