The water area was disgusting. We will never ever stay here again! We used to come here years ago to stay and it was decent and clean but it was so run down. Half of all the water pool toys didnt work. And they dont clean or test the pool. When we woke up in the morning even before we checked out the pool areas looked like someone partied out there all night. Dirty towels everywhere. Rust and dirt in the pool.

Clean spacioue suite room! We were very pleased! The only thing I would change would be to add a life guard for the pool area. Kids were running rampant while parents just sat and talked. I have children but this was crazy! They were flying down the slide in groups! Another group took turns screaming for 30 min. Otherwise everything was fantastic!

I was staying for appointments at the Mayo Clinic. I arrived on Monday and found out that i needed to extend one night due to testing. I spoke to two different people which both said id need to check out and check back in. I was fine with this. On the day i was to move rooms the manager said they were full and i couldn't move as was the agreement. She was very rude and did not care i had appointments at the Mayo and i had been there since Monday. Very Rude. Should be more accommodating to customers who are already established there. Won't be staying there again

Family friendly. It was nice property for a distraction for the family to swim/use slide at while also dealing medical appointments at Mayo. Breakfast was also a good spread for people who with families who like different things.
