We stayed November 26th-29th! First time in Philadelphia and this hotel was the perfect place to stay! The staff, especially Phil, were so friendly and helpful and the location was wonderful, you can walk to anything! We enjoyed eating breakfast every morning in the Restaurant, very good and friendly staff!!
Our Son has been a Philadelphia Eagles fan since he was little,so for his 18th Birthday this is what he chose, a trip to Philly to watch his team play! We never thought it would end up being one of the best vacations we ever had and we can't wait to go back... and of course, Loews will be where we stay!!

My number one concern was safety, this hotel is very safe. The room was clean, cozy and the mattress and pillows will put you into a coma. They are so comfortable. This hotel has a lot of professionals, business people, families etc staying here.

Love this hotel ! Staff is always extra helpful, convenient to LVI Airport and major colleges/attractions, good food within walking distance.
Hot tub especially relaxing !
Only 1 minor downside...the facility is being ecoconscious, which is great, BUT the fluorescent bulbs in the bathroom leave it a bit on the dim side when showering.

Started out with farthest room away from the office. Remote for TV did not work. Could not get staff to fix this quickly. Ask for a room change. Gotta change a few doors up in The Bargain Basement. Breakfast was good and the indoor pool is a plus.

Hotel staff and casino employees are stellar. Room was great clean but a bit dated. The one complaint I have is I had not hot water for a show the following morning. 3rd time this has happened in 4 weeks. That need to be resolved or I just need to wake up earlier .

We never had a single night uninterrupted sleep in the 5 days we stayed due to a hideous air con/heater unit in a locked cupboard near the bed. When this unit started up it sounded like a lorry outside - it churned out dust through the vents every time it started up causing breathing issues such as sneezing & blocked noses. Looking up at the building outside, all rooms appear to have one of these cupboard units. There was no 'off' on the thermostat either, so we constantly had to adjust the thermostat in an effort to try & prevent it springing to life. Next issue was the refrigerator, which was also noisy & dropped ice cubes regularly day & night. The room was not cleaned properly - sticky kitchen floor, carpet not vacuumed; we didn't require housekeeping on the Saturday & put notice on door for that day, but housekeeping didn't bother attending on the Sunday either when we did require it. Breakfast was disappointing - lack of variety & the 'hot' food was unappetising & luke warm. Why was the coffee unavailable in evenings? We have stayed in a number of different hotels across the USA & this was unfortunately, no more than average.
On a plus note, the shuttle service was very much appreciated & we particularly enjoyed our conversations & banter with Brian, a nice guy - unfortunately he was not on duty the day we left as it would have been nice to say goodbye & thank you. We hope he reads this.
