The hotel is centrally located. The Vaticano, Spanish steps and others are walking distance. There are dining choices and souvenir shops around the area. The hotel itself boasts of an elegant restaurant - Rossini that serves Italian and Mediterranean dishes. Special mention to Mark who took care of us. Our room was always clean and supplies replenished. This is the hotel when in Rome.

For a hotel catering to international guests- majority of staff do not speak the universal language, English. Concierge were a snub, we were ignored by housekeepers, toilets do not flush- in spite of repeated reports to front desk & housekeeping; bell boys do not know what to do- he made us carry our baggages 7 of them

The room was very hot. Never cooled off. Bed was not comfortable. The food in the restaurant was awful. breakfast cooked food was cold and had no taste. Pasta at dinner was hard. Shower drain did not work well.

Can’t fault this hotel. The staff are extremely helpful and welcoming. It’s a great location. I have trouble walking distances so it was important to have good public transport connections. The Quirinale was the right choice for my visit to Rome.

Huge palatial rooms. Breakfast average. Hotel is on man road with lots of live music and activity. Would be a nightmare if you had small kids, but for us was bearable.

We couldn’t control the temperature of the room, they sent up maintenance who dug into a ceiling vent and made a dusty mess but didn’t really improve the ability to control the temp. We ultimately kept the windows opened. Room was okay. Shower was brutally small, you literally cannot bend to wash your legs. Housekeeping came by at 4pm. We had been out since 8am and had just returned when she knocked, so we turned her away. I wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

Room was nice. We upgraded to a superior room but still pretty small. Not much surface area. We hung as much as possible in the armoire. Nice high ceilings. Pretty bathroom with good amenities. The half shower door is terrible, the marble floor got deadly slippery. We had to be extra careful on a regular basis and use a bath towel to make sure we didn't fall. Inside the shower the plastic drain piece is right where you stand and would constantly move out of place leaving and open hole...very dangerous. There was a small handle inside the shower, but it should be more enclosed so water doesn't splash everywhere. Noise: We could hear the TV, talking and showering of the room next door. Very loud doors, I couldn't shut the bathroom door at night without a loud click waking my travel partner. Breakfast: Adequate with the exception of the scrambled eggs which resembled the bagged kind they heat up and serve at Hampton Inn. Yogurts, fruits and cereal were good, I don't eat meat but there were cold cuts and nice fresh ricotta and toast. Coffee was amazing. Location: Great. Steps from the Metro and near Termini Station. Neighborhood felt safe. Lots of shopping nearby. Front desk is a bit snooty, didn't make us feel welcome or warm, I guess my previous travels have spoiled me. Upon checkout there was no question of how was your stay, or how was everything...just here is your bill. I would not return. Again, nothing terribly wrong but nothing that made the stay special.
