IQ Roma is a unique modern hotel very convenient to Termini station. It is also very accessible by foot to many of the city’s major attractions. The Spanish Steps and the Forum and Coliseum are each about 20-25 minutes away. A major bonus is the hotel’s rooftop restaurant, which offers delicious food and drink and is extremely well run. I can think of a single negative for this property.

The hotel’s location is very convenient, and the front desk staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They provide plenty of complimentary refreshments every day, including all the drinks in the minibar. The rooftop restaurant is also excellent, with outstanding food and service.

The property has an elevator and A/C. It has an ice machine and water. Top floor bar and restaurant. Check in is at 2pm which was nice. It’s a 15-20 minute walk to the Colusseum and Forum, the Trevi fountain and the Spanish Steps. Vatican City is a bit further but simple on the Metro train system. Plenty of bars and restaurants around. Car service is available to go to the airport and very reasonable.

This hotel was recommended by a friend and we were not disappointed. The location is not far from Roma Termini as well as Metro and city bus. It is a 15-20 minute walk to most of the main attractions and we mostly walked. The breakfast at the hotel was great, lots of options. We are a family of 4 and the family suite was very spacious. Also there is a laundry room on site which was a great perk. We would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel

Very conveniently located, within a 15 minute walk of the Colosseum, the forum, Trevi fountain, Spanish steps and more. The breakfast that is included is excellent as well. The rooms are very modern and clean. Truly a great deal!
