The location is great as far as ease of getting to the airport. We were flying out of Terminal 1 and it was a two minute walk from the reception desk. That was great. The bathroom smelled a bit and the lights were on a motion sensor or something and kept going off. Super annoying. It’s a good 40 minutes from central Milan and so we didn’t want to make the drive back and forth do dinner so are at Canneto, their restaurant. Meals were overpriced ($28 for a hamburger) and horrible. None of us finished our meals. Service was very slow and inattentive till the end when a completely different server cleared our plates and provided us with the check.

You only need to walk to the check in counter, no need for a bus or shuttle. The stajj was very lind and helpfull we travel with 6 large luggage plus carry ons and we receive supoort all the time. Of I need to stary at Malpensa I will pick the Sheraton again

It’s a convention center. The guest rooms feel like an afterthought. The restaurant was horrid. I had a 16 Euro Caesar salad that consisted of iceberg lettuce and mayo—IN ITALY. Service was poor. They should be ashamed. The only thing this hotel has going for it is the connection to the airport for early flights.
